Being able to adapt to new innovations rapidly might be challenging. However, during the pandemic in 2020 when our school had to facilitate and convert everything into online schooling, we out-performed many other schools.
FEPS was awarded "Developed" — the highest provisional rating for Distance Learning, conducted by Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA). This alone showed our school the importance of innovation. Being able to adapt quickly demonstrated a strong sense of development in our school culture.
The importance of innovation in Education promotes the capability to develop lesson plans more efficiently and effectively, becoming more flexible in our Philippine Curriculum Planning and other academic activities — as well as bridging the gap with technology and our students with SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities).
